Our company began its journey in 2010, focusing on the production of gelato carts, which are now appreciated all over the world. This extensive experience has allowed us to develop a unique know-how that we have now elevated to a new level: the creation of customized and innovative furnitures for business shop.

A Design that Combines Tradition and Innovation
When we first designed our gelato carts, our goal was to offer a product that was not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, capable of evoking an atmosphere of authenticity and quality of Made in Italy. This same mission was the base for creating our first HoReCa furniture: a mix of craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology to craft a top pf the notch experience for Caffetterie Virzì.

Applying Cart Technology to HoReCa Furnitures
One of the strengths of our design is the ability to seamlessly integrate technology. In our gelato carts, this meant finding solutions to maintain the product at the ideal temperature without compromising the look. For our Caffetteria furniture, we applied the same attention to detail: the structures are designed to combine functionality and style, with refrigeration, lighting, and modular systems perfectly integrated. For examples, the sinks are designed to let the operator fit the racks in it.

Using a Gelato Cart to give a boost to your business

To complete the business model of the Caffetteria, we also included a Katerina P8 fully customized to better match with the Caffetteria Virzì brand identity, useful to include gelato in their products, and to add a renting service to their business.

During the day the cart can be a perfect gelato showcase, since the pozzetti with the glycol system guarantee the best gelato preservation, but when the service is done, it can be a boost for any kind of business

Every element of our bar design is meant to tell the story of the Virzì Caffetterie and Illy brands. From the choice of materials to the attention to details, each piece is unique and reflects their companies’ identity, which has always aimed to offer customers a cozy experience. Those who will appreciate Illy coffee, will also be able to buy coffee machines and capsules for their homes. These Caffetteria counters are more than simple pieces of furniture: they are the meeting point between tradition and modernity, designed to enhance the space and make every operator feel at home.
