Michelin Guide Dubai 2022: Massimo Bottura celebrates the star at his “Torno Subito”

The Torno Subito in Dubai is inspired, also as a design, by the Romagna Riviera, in a mix of conviviality and sophisticated atmospheres. Here the architect Paul Bishop recreated a vintage sixties effect. Not least is the kitchen: if the restaurant remembers the cabins on the beach and the atmosphere of the coast of Romagna, here is that the kitchen proposes the famous dishes of the Italian tradition, complete with a wood oven for pizza, the ice cream cart by TeknèItalia on the beach and also a picnic on the pedal boat.
